Relationships /Couples Therapy

However, even in the best relationships, partners can experience patterns of poor or lack of communication, feelings of disconnect and detachment or dissatisfaction. LGBTQIA+ and Gender Identity Therapy

Members of the LGBTQIA+ community are forced to navigate daily activities within a heteronormative society. Trauma Therapy

Trauma, whether distinct incidents of trauma or severe trauma, the residual effects have both visible and invisible scars that individuals carry with them. Trauma can come from (but not limited to) abuse/neglect, early childhood attachment issues, generational trauma, intimate partner violence, or other life experiences. Grief/Loss Therapy
